First: 3 minutes of moderate to fast jump rope.
Followed by: TRX Squat Jumps x50, 25 reps of a challenging weight squatting kettle bell over head presses! 50 pushups, 50 pushup burpees, 50 situps! Repeat as many times as you can in 45 minutes! Try and beat your previous times!
